AlUla Design Space is a new centre for design in the region celebrating works of local and international creatives. Located in the heart of the AlJadidah Arts District, the space explores and engages with practices from around the world filtered through the lens of AlUla’s cultural and natural landscapes.
It aims to fuel creative inquiry and expression through a programme of collaboration and exchange, creating a space for designers, architects, urban planners as well as design enthusiasts to learn, collaborate, experiment, create and share.

Concept
The central concept of the centre is to explore and interpret global design practices through the lens of AlUla’s unique cultural and natural heritage.
Purpose
It is a space for learning, dreaming, investigating, collaborating, experimenting, making and sharing – to fuel creative exploration and collaboration in the field of design.
Programmes
AlUla Design Space will host a range of design-focused events, including workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative projects spanning graphic design, product design, architecture and urban planning.
Mawrid: Celebrating Inspired Design
The show will introduce the design thinking process behind 10 AlUla-inspired designs across products, architecture and urban planning.
